Tombola stand at HunstantonThe Society will once again be having a stall at the Hunstanton Carnival, held on the Green. Building on last year's success, we will be having another tombola alongside member's models on display and details of what we do and how to join us.

Off to a Good Start!

Sunday 1st April gave good weather and a good turnout of different engines for our loyal public to see and ride behind. Also in steam were two Foden steam lorries, which were running up and down the Lynnsport roadways.

We are delighted to confirm that for the July meeting we will have Noel Shelley and his home-made Foundry giving us a talk and demonstration. Tuesday 10th July at the Railway, start time 6pm.

More Charter Trains

Continuing our good work, we at the King's Lynn Model Engineers opened the Railway specially on Tuesday 24th for another young childrens group. Three hours of rides were had by approx 100 children, and all seemed to enjoy themselves!

Charity Donations 2011
This year's charity is the East Anglian Air Ambulance, with 10% ticket revenue being donated and there is also a collection box at the Ticket Kiosk for those spare coins clogging up your pockets! Give generously to this worthy cause.
